Política de uso aceptable
LuxStory solo ofrece un medio para presentar y entregar fotos, video y música del estudio. El copyright de ese material —incluida la banda sonora— es responsabilidad exclusiva del videógrafo o fotógrafo.
No está permitido
- Subir o enlazar material de abuso sexual infantil. Lo denunciamos a las autoridades y eliminamos de inmediato.
- Contenido que infrinja copyright o marcas de terceros, incluida música sin licencia en películas de boda o highlight.
- Malware, phishing, scraping agresivo de la API, o eludir límites de tasa, paywall o el rol de solo lectura.
- Intentar acceder a galerías, tokens de reproducción o cuentas de otro estudio.
- Usar el producto para spam, acoso, doxxing o vigilancia encubierta.
- Revender el servicio como si fueras LuxStory, o marcar el portal de forma que sugiera que hospedamos contenido ilegal a sabiendas.
- Ingeniería inversa de workers, tokens de RunPod o URLs firmadas para redistribuir media fuera del portal.
Música y obras de terceros
El estudio declara que tiene derecho a sincronizar y exhibir la música y los clips que sube. LuxStory no es sello, no es editora y no otorga licencias de repertorio (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC u otras). Una reclamación de copyright se dirige en primer lugar al estudio que subió el archivo.
IA
No uses los módulos para generar contenido engañoso presentado como hecho, ni para suplantar a una persona con fines de fraude.

Acceptable Use Policy
LuxStory only provides a medium to present and deliver the studio’s photos, video, and music. Copyright in that material — including the soundtrack — is solely the videographer’s or photographer’s responsibility.
Not allowed
- Uploading or linking child sexual abuse material. We report it and remove it immediately.
- Content that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks, including unlicensed music in wedding films or highlights.
- Malware, phishing, aggressive API scraping, or bypassing rate limits, paywalls, or view-only roles.
- Accessing another studio’s galleries, playback tokens, or accounts.
- Spam, harassment, doxxing, or covert surveillance.
- Reselling the service as if you were LuxStory, or branding the portal in a way that suggests we knowingly host illegal content.
- Reverse-engineering workers, RunPod tokens, or signed URLs to redistribute media outside the portal.
Music and third-party works
The studio represents it has the right to sync and exhibit the music and clips it uploads. LuxStory is not a label or publisher and does not grant repertoire licenses (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or otherwise). A copyright claim is directed first to the studio that uploaded the file.
AI
Do not use modules to generate deceptive content presented as fact, or to impersonate a person for fraud.
