LuxStory es un medio de presentación: hospedamos fotos, video y música que sube el estudio. El copyright de ese contenido es del videógrafo o de quien él represente, no de LuxStory. Si eres titular de derechos y crees que un archivo se subió sin permiso, sigue este procedimiento.

Contenido del aviso

Envía a dmca@luxstory.app (asunto: DMCA) un escrito que incluya:

1. Firma física o electrónica de la persona autorizada.
2. Identificación de la obra (o lista representativa).
3. URL o descripción del material en luxstory.app / galería / archivo.
4. Tu nombre, dirección postal, teléfono y email.
5. Declaración de buena fe de que el uso no está autorizado por el titular, su agente o la ley.
6. Declaración, bajo pena de perjurio, de que la información es exacta y de que estás autorizado a actuar.

Podemos reenviar el aviso al estudio que hospedó el archivo. Si el material se retira, el estudio puede enviar una contra-notificación.

Contra-notificación

Debe incluir tu firma, identificación del material retirado y su ubicación previa, declaración bajo perjurio de error o identificación equivocada, tu nombre y dirección, y consentimiento a la jurisdicción de los tribunales federales del distrito de tu dirección (o del distrito de Texas si estás fuera de EE.UU.), más aceptación de emplazamiento por quien presentó el aviso.

Reincidentes

Podemos terminar cuentas de quienes infrinjan de forma reiterada y evidente.

Uso indebido

Las notificaciones falsas pueden generar responsabilidad (17 U.S.C. §512(f)). El abuso de la plataforma se rige también por el Uso aceptable.

Notice contents

Email dmca@luxstory.app (subject: DMCA) with:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
2. Identification of the work (or a representative list).
3. URL or description of the material on luxstory.app / gallery / file.
4. Your name, mailing address, phone, and email.
5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

We may forward the notice to the studio that hosted the file. If material is removed, the studio may send a counter-notice.

Counter-notice

Must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under perjury of mistake or misidentification, your name and address, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or a Texas district if you are outside the US), plus acceptance of service from the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat, obvious infringers.

Misuse

Knowingly false notices can create liability (17 U.S.C. §512(f)). Platform abuse is also covered by Acceptable Use.
