Estudios con cuenta LuxStory (o quienes quieren abrir una). Parejas, familiares e invitados: contacten a su videógrafo o fotógrafo. Nosotros no tenemos su contrato ni su evento.

Soporte de producto
Acceso, invitaciones de la plataforma, fallos de carga, galerías y el panel del estudio: support@luxstory.app.
Inicia sesión en el panel. El widget de ayuda y el chat de soporte están ahí. Si no puedes entrar, escribe desde el correo de la cuenta. Incluye el email de login y una descripción corta del error (captura si puedes).
El correo que reciben tus clientes es el de tu estudio (SMTP / marca), no contact@luxstory.app. LuxStory no es Ben Art Photography ni ningún otro negocio de captura.
Facturación
Suscripción LuxStory, cargos Stripe y recibos: billing@luxstory.app. No es el cobro que el estudio hace a sus clientes.

Si eres cliente de un estudio
LuxStory solo hospeda lo que tu videógrafo o fotógrafo subió. Contraseña del portal, fotos, video, fechas y reembolsos los resuelve el estudio con el que contrataste. Usa el correo o teléfono que aparece en tu portal o contrato. No podemos restablecer el acceso a una galería ajena ni cambiar el contenido.

Studios with a LuxStory account (or those who want one). Couples, family, and guests: contact your videographer or photographer. We do not hold your contract or your event.

Sign in to the dashboard. Help and support chat live there. If you cannot sign in, email from the account address. Include the login email and a short description of the error (a screenshot helps).
Your clients see your studio email (SMTP / brand), not contact@luxstory.app. LuxStory is not Ben Art Photography or any other capture business.
Billing
LuxStory subscription, Stripe charges, and receipts: billing@luxstory.app. Not the fees the studio charges its clients.

If you are a studio’s client
LuxStory only hosts what your videographer or photographer uploaded. Portal password, photos, video, dates, and refunds are handled by the studio you hired. Use the email or phone on your portal or contract. We cannot reset access to someone else’s gallery or change its content.
